Autorka je psycholo\u017eka, kter\u00e1 to sama za\u017eila \u2013 ve sv\u00fdch 23 letech v\u00e1\u017en\u011b onemocn\u011bla, a d\u00edky tomu zcela p\u0159ehodnotila sv\u016fj pohled na sebe i na \u017eivot. A zjistila, \u017ee pocity \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed siln\u011b koreluj\u00ed se schopnost\u00ed milovat p\u0159\u00edtomnost a vn\u00edmat ka\u017edodenn\u00ed \u017eivot a sebe sama v n\u011bm jako dar. K tomu je ale nutn\u00e9 zpomalit, abychom kone\u010dn\u011b vid\u011bli v\u011bci \u201eza oponou\u201c.
